MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS is
part of an International Organization that exists to
meet the needs of every mom. There are more than
3200 MOPS groups meeting across the United States
and in 33 countries around the world. MOPS groups
meet regularly to celebrate the joys of motherhood
and to encourage each other through the challenges.
At Northside, we realize just how important it is to minister to our Mothers of Preschoolers within the community. We will provide a safe environment for your children while you take a much deserved break from your daily routine.
MOPS meets at Northside the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month through May 2011. MOPS International Membership is an annual fee of $23.95.
Childcare (MOPPETS)
During MOPS meetings, children are cared for in a program called MOPPETS. A nursery is provided for infants to one year olds. Two year olds through 5 year olds take part in our MOPPETS curriculum with snack. Our childcare service is free of charge.
We strive to provide quality childcare in a loving environment for your children. All of our MOPPET rooms are staffed with a trained adult and additional helpers as needed. We want this to be a worry-free stay for your children.
