Bruce Aubrey, Senior Pastor
Pastor Aubrey is a native of
New York's north country. He earned a bachelor's degree from Robert's Wesleyan
College in 1980 and graduated from Mid-America
Baptist Theological Seminary, Memphis campus in
1983.
He
has served on church staffs since 1977 and came
to pastor Northside in July of 1993. His responsibilities
include preaching, teaching, leadership
development and pastoral care. He and his wife Kathy have 4 children.

Jeff O'Brien, Associate Pastor
Pastor
O'Brien earned a bachelor's
degree from University of New Hampshire - Durham
in 1982 and completed his seminary training
at Mid-America, Memphis campus in 1990.
Called
to Northside as Assistant to the Pastor in
August 1994, he has served here as Associate
Pastor since 1995. His duties include education,
administration, Awana Club commander and
pastoral care. He and his wife Debbie have 2 children. |

Dan Studt, Associate Pastor; Youth and Family Ministry
Pastor
Studt
received his bachelor's degree from Messiah
College in 1993. He went on to graduate from
Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1999.
After
serving as Youth Pastor in his home church
in Pennsylvania, Pastor Dan was called to
Northside as Associate Pastor for Youth and
Family Ministry in January 2001. A staff
position that began part-time quickly moved
to full-time service in April of that same
year. He and his wife Jen have 4 children. |

Allan Covington, Associate Pastor; Worship and Arts
Pastor Allan graduated from Wayland Baptist College in 1981
with a Bachelor in Music Education. He went on to graduate from Southwestern
Baptist Theological Seminary
in 1991.
Allan
has served churches in Alaska, Texas and Florida
and joined the staff of Northside
in February of 2005 as Associate Pastor of
Worship and Arts. He and his wife Jill have 2 children. |

Chuck Klinger, Youth Pastor
Pastor Chuck attended Onondaga Community College
and is currently studying through Liberty
University.
He has been serving
in the youth ministry at Northside since
2002 as the Director of Worship and other
capacities. Chuck was called to join the
staff as Director of Youth Ministries in
January of 2004 helping to run the daily
operations of the youth ministry. He was
ordained on September 25, 2005 and he now
serves as Northside's Youth Pastor. He and his wife Laura have 4 children |

Cathy Finniss, Office Administrator
Cathy
Finniss is a native of Syracuse and a graduate
of Henninger High School. Married in 1974,
her husband went to be with the Lord in 1989.
Since 1994, she has been married to Glenn Finniss.
The
Lord led Cathy to Northside in 1992. She
has been on staff since 1998, and now serves
as Office Administrator. Together she and her husband Glenn have 8 grown children & 8
grandchildren. |

Tammy Frisbie, Administrative Assistant to the Pastors
Tammy
was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Moving
to Syracuse in January of 2001, Northside quickly
became home to the Frisbie family.
Tammy
came on staff at Northside in December 2003
as Administrative Assistant to the Pastors.
Her experience and organizational skills
allow our pastoral staff more time for ministry. She and her husband Jerry have 2 children. |

Laurie Hartman, Administrative Assistant to Pastor Dan Studt
Laurie is a native of Central New York. She is married to Jeff, and they have a teen-aged daughter, Hannah. Northside Baptist became the Hartman's church home in early 2005.
In 2006 Laurie came on staff at Northside as Pastor Dan's Administrative Assistant. She also is Northside's Wedding Coordinator, working with couples who have their weddings at Northside. While Laurie loves details and enjoys using her planning and organizational abilities, her favorite part of her job is working with people who are new to Northside. |

Sue Huber, Worship Coordinator/Director of NAFA
Sue was raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, graduated from Cedarville University in Ohio and then taught grade school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before moving to Syracuse in 1998. Sue and her family found a very welcome home at Northside in 2006 and she came on staff in 2007. Sue and her husband Phil have 4 children.
Sue uses her administrative and music skills at Northside as the Worship Coordinator under Pastor Allan Covington and as the Director of the Northside Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). |

Gordon Payne, Custodian
Gordon
was raised in
the Syracuse area. He served in the US Army on active duty for 3
years and in the Army Reserve for 18 before
retiring. A graduate of Liverpool High School,
he has been married to Henrietta since Dec.
19, 1980.
By treating
our facility as though it were his own, he
has managed to keep things looking new while
hustling around to make sure that various
ministries are set up and ready to go week
after week. He and his wife Henrietta have 3 grown children. |
